What to expect from your Design Appointment
Preparing for your Design Appointment
One of our design specialists will review your home plans and identify utilities and services. In most cases, there's no need for a home visit — but if we need one, we'll schedule at your convenience.
While you're at your Design Appointment
Your Design Appointment will take between 45 and 90 minutes. You'll work with one of our Master Designers and select finishes and styles that suit your lifestyle. You'll have an opportunity to browse our showroom and ask any questions you might have about the process.
After your Design Appointment
When you're finished selecting your design, our Sales team will put together a custom quote including all of the finishing touches you've selected. We'll review our no-nonsense billing and answer any of your questions. Then, we'll sign and get to work!
